Convert your PowerPoint slides to PDF.
Slides sent as .pptx need PowerPoint or compatible software on the receiving end, and fonts or layouts can break. This tool converts your presentation to PDF - a faithful snapshot where every slide becomes one page. Ideal for handouts, lecture notes, tender documents and archiving. Interactive features like animations and transitions are intentionally left out - they have no equivalent on a page.
What does not convert?
Animations, transitions, embedded videos and presenter notes - interactive features that a printed-style page cannot represent.
I have an old .ppt file.
Open it once in PowerPoint, Keynote or LibreOffice and save as .pptx first - the modern format converts far more reliably.
Can I get two slides per page for handouts?
Generate the PDF normally, then print 2-up or 4-up from your PDF reader's print dialog.
