Tips for best results

FAQ

Will fonts convert correctly?

Common fonts convert cleanly. Exotic or non-embedded fonts may be substituted with close equivalents - check the PDF once if typography matters.

What happens to comments and tracked changes?

They are not included in the PDF. Accept or delete them in Word before converting if the document is final.

The PDF is too large to email - what now?

Run the result through Compress PDF afterwards; it re-encodes embedded images to shrink the file.
